Early Technical and Entrepreneurial Work

• Became a Cisco Systems Partner around age 25.
• Forever grateful to Dennis C. Hayes for the assistance he provided me, while I was working on a Cold Fusion DB Project, towards the successful implementation of being able to have the Canadian Management Services Firm of which I was a part - offer self-hosted email and web-driven services, via ISDN technology, to its international clients. Having the man who co-invented the PC Telecommunications help me architect a multi-client management platform over those pipes, resonates with me up to present day. It was not a project, it was a front row seat to the architecture of the modern internet. Being assisted by a tech legend to solve bleeding-edge infrastructure problems is a rare and profound milestone.
• Co-created and assisted with a subscription-based virtual world with 3D avatars long before the global metaverse hype.

Consulting and Operations

• Delivered technical solutions across Barbados, Antigua, Guatemala, the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada and other jurisdictions for government agencies, ISPs, money transmission firms, healthcare facilities, and online gaming and sports betting operators.
• Served as an instructor to approximately 18 students for an Introduction to Linux course.
• Served as Manager and Technology Director for a family clinic, pharmacy and department store for approximately 14 years, building from the ground up and networking approximately 50,000 square feet of operational space.

Healthcare Software and Medical Imaging

• Before age 35, built a fully functional ODBC-compatible cross-platform Electronic Health Records application for Windows, MacOS and Cloud with integrated modules for billing, inventory, CRM, pharmaceuticals, RIS, ORS, coding and ophthalmology, still operational today.
• Circa age 35, formalized Medical Imaging expertise in DICOM and PACS via the Medical Imaging by Example program in Holland, Michigan, USA.
• Established a private Tier 2 healthcare data facility while deploying and maintaining MRI, CT, ultrasound and mammography systems.

Specialized Collaborations

1. Assisted with the buildout and deployment of Barranquilla's first Nuclear Medicine Department in that city's oldest hospital.
2. Advanced PET imaging and on-site biomarker generator adoption in South Florida, USA.
3. Assisted with engineering a 33-member network for emergency medical evacuation and oncology care.
4. Configured tele-radiology and tele-health diagnostic platforms across four jurisdictions for remote patient diagnosis via Radiology Information Systems.
